After a month of divestment of shares to the public, Investea Sweden Properties has now 500 shareholdes, enabling the company to float its shares on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen on December 15 2008.
Investea Sweden Properties consists of a portfolio of 4 investment properties situated in Göteborg, Skellefteå and Stockholm.
